Ramzi bluff..

Saturday, January 23rd, 2010

Ramzi Jelassi was down to about 300.000 after having a tough level, with a cold deck. Last hand before the break he was involved in another huge pot.

I got to the table when the board was out J 8 5 9 and the pot size was about 120.000 when Ramzi bet out 60.000 and quickly got called by his French opponent. The river card was the interesting T leaving a straight flush draw out on the table. Ramzis opponent checked, and Ramzi announced “All-in”, and the French player stands up and start screaming in French, and then folds his hand and says he had a 6 high flush. Then he continues to Ramzi “Show me! Show me!” and Ramzi shows K 7 for nothing. The player now again goes furious “YOU BLUFF ME! YOU WANNA BLUFF ME? THE SHORT STACK!? I WILL ONLY PLAY AGAINST YOU NOW, I WILL NEVER FOLD!” in Frenglish (French English).

Good information for Ramzi..

Saturday, January 23rd, 2010

For our French readers, enjoy! For our other readers, take the chance on how to speak some poker French!

Sylvain flips..

Saturday, January 23rd, 2010

Player in UTG raised to 15.000, Sylvain was on the hijack, and found A Q and had a easy decision to go all-in. The UTG player called with 7 7. So he had his tournament life on a coinflip, and this time he didn’t hit any Aces, Queens, Flushes or Straight and Sylvain is out in 100th position winning €8.130. Congratulations.

We will soon get a last video interview with him, and also one with Ramzi Jelassi who went in to the break with about 500.000.

Level 18 just started with blinds of 4.000/8.000, 500.

Go go Ramzi!

Our two RedKings players both made it in to the top 104 players in EPT Deauville, and is now guaranteed €8.100 each! Congratulations!

One that is not so happy is Mr. Daniel Millar who had to leave the tournament in position number 105 only rewarded with his name getting mentioned all over the place, I’ll see if I can buy him a coffee.

Now the player count will start to go down in a fast speed.

Ramzi Jelassi, 450.000
Sylvain Lanternier, 90.000
