JC Tran and cowboys..

Saturday, August 22nd, 2009

On a low flop where Jeffery Tan held JJ, he was all-in against the big star JC Trans, who had KK. No help on the turn or the river, and Jeffery leaves Macau without any prize money.

Soon time for EPT Barcelona, and the start of the season for all our other Team RedKings members.

4th of the september the live reporting will start, so come back!

End of day 1b..

Friday, August 21st, 2009

And Jeffery Tan leaves the tables with 42.000 in chips, 4 times more than what he started this long day with. Jeffery has made a lot of impressing plays today, especially the one where he pretty much knew what a player had already before the flop and this read doubled him up.

In the end of the day Jeffery got moved to the table with the big champion Johhny Chan, that Jeffery actually knows and had lunch with yesterday. He had a few small battles with him, but nothing dangerous.

Tomorrow 88 players will come here to continue the big poker battle in Macau!

Go Jeffery!

News from Asia..

Friday, August 21st, 2009

APT Macau for the lazy, Asian Poker Tour Macau for the author, Poker in Macau for everybody! Day 1a ended yesterday, with David Steicke in the lead with 86.200 in chips. Not a very interesting day for all the Team RedKings fans as our favorites were just relaxing and making their brains clean for day 1b, which is the day they are entering the action.

Day 1b has now started and our two newly signed Asian stars Jeffery Tan and Jason Samsonov both started of the day great, but one of them had to leave their seat to another fellow player.

It was Jason Samsonov who couldn’t get his JJ to stand against his opponents 1010, as a 10 was out on the table and they got everything in to the middle. Not much to do for Jason, who now closely will follow his fellow team mate and friend Jeffery.

Jefferey had after the second break a very nice stack of 30.000, so this might be one of those days where you just feel that you have to stay at one single web page, today that site is blogs.redkings.com!

Stay tuned, and good luck!
