Ramzi, Ramzi, Ramzi!

Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010

If Ramzis table would had been situated at a football stadium with 100.000 Spectators, this is what the crowd would have singed “Ramzi, Ramzi, Ramzi!”. The reason would not only be of his good looks, skills and that he is a Swede but also because he managed to make an early double up with a full house on the river. 60.000 for Ramzi!

Stephan got a bit unlucky first, but then managed to win a big pot with a set, and is now up to 35.000.

The other 3 is just circulating on the starting stack. Toni thinks his table is ok, as there is a few bad players to steal chips from..

Team RedKings hits Germany…

Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010

After a very successful EPT Season so far by Team RedKings, with a player in the money in every tournament they’ve participated in, they are now trying to break records at EPT Berlin. If there is any team that is able to take down the small parts that is left of the Berlin Wall, it will be Team RedKings.

The tournament started already yesterday with a huge field of 389 players, and believe it or not we had our first RedKings player in there already yesterday, Christian Heich. Christian was doing very well all day, up until there was only 6 hands left of the day. He got it all-in with Top Pair with Top Kicker vs a flush draw, in a pot worth 130.000. Unfortunately, the flush hit on the turn and Christian left the Grand Hyatt Hotel.

Today we have a 5 man strong army, all professional trained. Ramzi Jelassi, David Wintersberger, Ivo “The Chessmaster” Donev, Stephan Kjerstad and Toni Ojala. Where will this end? Only way to find out is to follow the blog during this week, and also our twitter!

A blog freeroll is also to look forward to tonight…

The tournament starts at 12:00 CET.
