As you know it is not only the WSOP that is running at the moment, over in Europe and Barcelona we also have a WPT event with a RedKings player, Per Linde.

Per did go through to the second day, and just 1 hour in to the second day he finds AK suited, and gets all his chips in against QQ, the classic coinflip. On the flop another Q comes up and gives his opponent a set and no outs for Per to double up, he has to leave to the beaches in Barcelona instead..

Today we will have a lot of action anyway, we have Lauri Kiiski and Vesa Jakobsson who both qualified to event 51 through the promotion Mission2Vegas. Now they have a chance to win $664.000! Lauri with the biggest stack of them two with 35600, and Vesa with 9300. They start in 2 hours from now.

Then we have event 52 starting with Ivo Donev, a $3000 NLHE Tripple Chance event. Tripple chance means that you have two chips that you can change in at any time, everybody starts with 3000 chips but if you change in the two chips directly you get 9000.

He started in Day 1a just a few hours ago with a starting stack of 15.000, and he has already managed to almost double up. With 86 on the hand and 863 on the table he manages to get all chips in against A8 and double through, 27.000.

He says that the “Table is insanely profitable” so this could be an interesting day.
