Our only Hungarian Team Member here in Riga, Redmond Toth is unfortunately out. According to a player in his table, Redmond had about 12000 in his stack when he flopped the bottom set and the chips started flying in. His opponent had the top set so Redmond was a victim of a nasty setup.
The third leg of GSOP Live tour is hosted by RedKings in Budapest in February and we hope we will see a lot hungarians with Redmond wearing our colors!

The next qualifier we introduce to our blog readers is a familiar face to many: Tuomas Ketola has played with Team RedKings in “Rigged in Riga” last year but he is even more known for his accomplishments in professional tennis. Tuomas holds the all time 3rd highest Finnish ATP-rank peaking at 130 in May 1998. He reached the first round of Wimbledon in 2004 and played 31 Daavis Cup matches for Finland.
After retiring from professional sports Tuomas has satisfied his competitive nature in Online Poker and has quickly proved his abilities in this field too. So far he hasn´t had any major success in the live scene but hopefully this is a subject to change next week!
